Intel Server Board S3420GPC를 셋팅하던 중
BIOS의 Set Throttling Mode에 진입하였다.
Auto, OLTT, CLTT를 선택 할 수 있었는데
OLTT는 무엇이고 CLTT는 무슨말인지...
CLTT - Closed Loop Throttling Mode.
OLTT - Open Loop Throttling Mode.
